I went to Spa Lady today! it was a blast!

apparently i am at my highest in weight right now :( 280lbs

anyways what i have done today

15 minutes tredmill
15 minutes on heart rate machine thinger
15 minutes elipical
15 minutes of stretches which included situps and small amount of weights

drank alot of water

Now Im getting ready for new years eve!!! Happy New Year Everyone!!

its been awhile again!, anyways how was everyones christmas? Mine? omg I was so spoiled!!!
this was the first year i asked for expensive gifts in like 10 years. and I got them all cept 1 and I was flabbergasted!

I start spa lady on Tomarrow! and im gonna go to weight watchers as well! so I'm gonna be lean and mean when i go to my 10 year reunion this year! Im so excited. My 10 year reunion is this year! Yay!!

(no subject)

Hello all!

I'm new here and have just started a new WW diet. I've done WW  a couple times before a few years ago and have usually lost 15-20 pounds on it. This time, however, I've got a lot more to lose. I've just finished my first year at college and have totally ballooned. I've lost around 5 pounds already, but it's only the second week and I'm already starting to  plateau. Even when I step up the exercising. So, I was wondering, does any body know any ways I could get the weight off a little faster? I'm also going to Hawaii in a month and wanted to loose at least 10-15 by then...do you think that's possible??

Food Question

Hey guys.

Just curious. What are your views on honey?
Personally I thought I would never like it (no idea why) but had a snidge this morning drizzled on weetabix as we are out of sweetner at home!!

It was nice.. sweet... but I only had a little.
So.

Some questions:

Does anyone know average calories of honey. It doesn't say on the jar... and then when we went out shopping and I bought some more (squeezy and smooth!) It didn't say it on that either. I cannot find honey with nutrional info on!!

Also. Is it okay to include in your diet? Obviously not by the jar.. but I mean with porridge or what not.

Also!! If yes.. what else can you have it with :D

100 Days...

I have 100 days until I go to Italy. I HAVE to lose weight, because at this point being 290 isn't going to work travelling. I figure if I stick to a protein-vegetable diet with an hour of excersize a day I can lose about 40lbs in 100days. Maybe thats an awfully lofty goal, but at least its a goal, right?

New to this

Hi everyone! I'm new to this, so I guess I will tell you about myself. Right now I weigh 198 and I want to be at 140. I started LA Weight Loss about 5 weeks ago. I did really well for the first 3 weeks (I lost 11 lbs), but for the last 2-3 weeks I just stopped dieting. I don't really know why. I've gained back all the weight and now I am embarrassed to go back to the LAWL center to get weighed in. I need to go though because I can't motivate myself to get back on the diet. Argh! I am so frustrated with myself!

I'll go first, I started weight watchers in April 2003 I got married and i kinda forgot about losing weight and stuff LOL, tho i lose 36 lbs then and then i restarted in September of 2005 and gained ALMOST everything back. I fractured my ankle in November 2005 and I quit weight watchers but I had lost a bit of weight, I went threw christmas and new years and now I have lost in total 24 lbs, and i'm inbetween sizes... and i hate being inbetween sizes LOL

Revolation, or something.

I just graduated from highschool on June 8th, ever since then I've been starting to get a new outlook on like, not completely but different. I'm starting to see myself as attractive, dispite the fact that I'm over weight. I'm finding clothes that fit me, and flatter my body type for once.

I am single. My boyfriend and I of 15 months went on a break back in March, but it doesn't look like we're getting back together anytime soon, I am okay with that for once in a long time, but it's hard for me to let go. I'm kind of seeing another guy, he's awesome.

Hmmm.

I'm back to 178, I'm still trying to get down to 140lb, but I'm giving myself sometime.

First 10% Goal

I have finally done it, I bashed my way through that nasty first 10% goal that has been standing in my way. That stupid number of 235 has been haunting me for over a month now and I was never able to reach success. This is such a huge thing for me. My next 10% goal is to reach 211 and I know I can do it. Soon I will be under 200 which I have been since high school and beginning of college really. I also have to say I did this all while being on vacation for a week and getting that time of the month. My husband is so proud of me. Yays! This week I need to get back to the business of excerise though, it was really helping me to get those inches down and into smaller sizes as well.
