Hi! I've been looking for a place to share SotC fics (because I don't like Fanfic.net) and stumbled across this place. It's nice to find a community that insists on -some- standards when it comes to writing.

Anyway, I'd like to share this first fic I wrote. It has spoilers for Shadow of the Colossus, and references to Ico. Constructive criticism welcomed... I don't write in the third person very often at all, so this was something a bit different for me.

SotC drabble

I'm new to the community, and I just finished the game for the first time yesterday. I must say that never has a video game affected me in such a way, and never has it moved me to write.

This is the first piece of fiction I've written for SotC. It isn't long and it isn't amazing, mostly just a brief retelling, but I hope that it's enjoyable to some degree. Approximately 1500 words with some spoilers for the game, of course.

Man, I can't stop. Writing a little something as a companion piece to 'Atonement', if anyone remembers that 'un. It's more of an Ico piece than SOTC, but there's spoilers aplenty for the latter in here too. Not quite finished yet; betas are appreciated more than I can say. My prose is so purple you could put it on the shoulders of an emperor, I fear.

Ico learns about grief. Drabbly.

New here...(and I bring fan-fic)

I just joined the comm....I can't believe I've never seen this comm before!! Anyway I loved the game and I even began writing a fan-fic that's sort of a spin-off....hope you enjoy it! ^_^
