It goes something like:

Guidelines for this Community:
A] Post pics of your collections... no matter how big or small!
Whether it's leftover childhood stuff or things you've accumulated
in recent years, don't be shy about showing it off! That's what this
journal is for! :)
B] Post want lists of desired items (for purchasing or trade)
C] Post pictures of treasures out there you've got your eye on, saw sitting
on a table at a flea market or yard sale somewhere, would like to discuss, or
simply wish to reminisce about. Even if it's something online... or at ebay!
D] Why not post item storing tips, preserving tips, cleaning tips,
connections, or ideas on how to increase the size of your collection[s]?
E] Please be considerate of slower connections and the tidyness of
your fellow collecta_belle members' F-Lists & put posts consisting
of large pictures (or lots of pictures) behind an LJ-cut tag. Thanks!
F] After much consideration, we've decided NOT to clutter up collecta
belles with posts relating to items for sale or swap. Any such posts
will be removed & violators banned from posting further. Sorry.
G] MOST IMPORTANT! Please treat members with kindness & courtesy.
Collecta_belles will enforce a zero tolerance policy for any kind
of lame behavior whatsoever. This includes bickering, prejiduce,
spamming, flaming, or flagrant negativity of any sort. Just have
fun & be friendly! :)
E] Lastly, don't hold back when it comes to sharing images w/ us! If you're
here, it's because you're crazy about collecting things yourself, or want to
see what others have managed to compile in the way of all life's trinkets &
treasures! The more pictures, the juicier!
*No limit to amount of posts per day! :)
*No type of collectable is unwelcome here!
(Heck, wanna post pictures of your porn collection? Heh heh! Go right ahead!)
*You do not need your posts pre-approved... just knock yourself out, when
ever the feelings strikes you!
