So Ash, you know this means war, right?Tommy about Be the Band
Tommy Harrison is a major character in Another Code: R - A Journey into Lost Memories. He works in the guest house at Lake Juliet during his summer holidays.
He is in a band with Sam Hillman and Elizabeth Alfred. Tommy is on guitar and the group intends to enter the same contest as Ashley Mizuki Robbins.

Tommy helps Ashley file a missing items report in the beginning of the story.
He later catches Ashley outside in the area behind the storage room, which should not be possible unless she passed through it. Suspicious, he asks Ashley what happened and she lies claiming it was open, when she actually used her TAS. If the player took a photo of Matthew Crusoe through the blinds, Tommy will accept it as proof. If not, Tommy takes Ashley to the storage room and asks her to find proof of her innocence. The player can point out a small hand print on a bottle, as well as small foot prints and dog prints near a door. Tommy will eventually believe Ashley.
When Ashley returns from the burned villa, she finds Tommy and Sam and they talk about music. Later, she finds him and Sam practicing in Bob Fox's diner. He invites Ashley to play his guitar, although she doesn't get the chance. Tommy uses a solid body guitar and she is used to electro-acoustic.
Tommy's final appearance is in Elizabeth's house, where he appears briefly to talk to Elizabeth about their band.

On the final day, him and Ashley get to have a final conversation. Ashley checks out at the guest house, and mentions that once Ashley returns her key card, she will not be allowed back in. The two agree to see each other at the band contest.
Trivia
- It may be seen as being a bit strange he completely disappears partway through the game, as him and Ashley were shown to get along well, and he does not appear to see her off when she leaves Lake Juliet.
- Tommy's appearance has been drastically altered in the remake. He has shorter hair, loses his facial hair and now wears a long-sleeved shirt. It is unknown why this is.
- It can be speculated he looked too visually similar to Bill Edward; the developers may have not wanted players to feel subconsciously on edge around Tommy soon after finishing the first game.
- Another possibility is Nintendo wanted to make him seem older and less boyish, with a more clean shaven professional look instead of sharing long hair similar to Ashley's. It could be seen as helping to differentiate their ages (i.e. to make Tommy seem less like a love interest which would be problematic due to their 5 year age gap).
