Kate is the mother of Elizabeth Alfred and ex-wife of Rex Alfred. She is also a fashion industry employee. Rex divorced Kate in 2003 and she has not physically seen her daughter since. He has been hiding her letters to Elizabeth for four years for unclear reasons, possibly out of resentment for her. Later on, Elizabeth later finds her mother's letters that Rex hid from her, causing her emotional turmoil. Kate is only seen in photographs inside Elizabeth's house. She is a minor character in Another Code: R - A Journey into Lost Memories.
