Hi all,

I am so sorry but I have to cancel the currrent challenge due to only four icons being entered by one person.

This is my last post for this year, so I am wishing you all happy holidays and all the best for 2014. Thank you to everyone for participating in any way, be it for making icons, for voting,for making banners, or for giving me challenge ideas, it's all very much appreciated, and I hope we can keep the comm running next year as well (though it would help if Bradley would do something, so we could get new pictures to work with ;))

We will be back in january with a new challenge :D

Hello hello ♥

Just wanted you all to know that we haven't abandoned this community. Real life just has been very busy for the both of us and continues to be so. My lovely co-mod luisadeza sadly will have to step away from modding as RL is very much taking over but she will still lend us a hand with her great banners :) So for a start I will be doing this alone for at least a while, and therefor I probably will need to change the schedule of the challenges a little (probably will let them run from thursday to thursday instead of friday to friday as I am way more often not able to post on a friday than on a thursday). So please bear with me if I won't always be on exact time. The next two weeks will still be pretty busy for me but I'll either post the next new challenge next week or the week after, so look out for it :)

We have to cancel challenge #106 as we only have received four icons.

We also will go on a little hiatus with the community until Merlin starts up again. The summer weeks are always a bit slow and this year we especially have problems getting enough icons for challenges as you have noticed as well. So hopefully with the beginning of Merlin Season 5 everyone's icon spirits and time comes back. See you then :)

Hello all :)

As wiccaqueen sadly had to give up her position as banner maker we are now looking for one new banner maker.

What you'd have to do is simply make banners for the winning icons every four weeks. It would be ideal if you'd be able to make the banners within a week after the results are posted. We understand that this is not always possible but please make sure it would generally be possible for you to do so before applying for the position :)

As a banner maker you can, of course, still participate in our challenges.

If you'd like to help us out just leave a comment to this post (comments are screened) and if possible maybe even leave a sample of your graphic work?

We'd love to hear from you and be grateful for your help :)

Please do not submit your entries via Tinypic accounts anymore as your Mods would not be able to see those icons and therefore could not add them to the voting. Please find another image host like imageshack or photobucket. Thank you :)

For tonight the voting is saved as one of you had already reposted their icons and for a short time I was able to see the other icons uploaded to tinypic so I quickly saved them :)

You can of course still enter our current challenge here :D It closes tonight at 6PM (GMT)

We are your new friendly neighbourhood mods.
butterfly8772 and princess_narnia were so kind as to hand the community over to us, and we're happy to announce that the first challenge will be posted this Friday already.

The schedule looks like this for now:
Challenges will be posted on Fridays and run until the following Friday.
Voting will take place over the weekends.
Winners will be announced on Mondays.
