Chi Ji-Woo (Sung Joon) is the son of a wealthy chaebol family. He feels uneasy at night. He decides to open a cocktail bar and have it serve customers only during the day. Meanwhile, So Joong-Hee (Lim Ji-Yeon) comes from a poor background. She works as a kitchen porter at a nightclub, but hopes to become a French food chef. Chi Ji-Woo and So Joong-Hee meet and fall in love.

Queenie May 02 2023 8:24 am So I love Romantic K dramas with happy endings, so I enjoyed this one. The cast is new to me and prompts me to watch other projects of my favorite characters. Sung Joon is handsome and in my opinion did a good job in his role. Loved Baek Sung Hyun as well and would not have cared if he got the girl! Anyway you can kind of tell where the couples are going in this drama but again I love k dramas with happy endings! Good acting all the way around by all the leading characters!
lrt Nov 04 2022 7:35 pm Sun Joon takes the lead and I just loved watching him....sooooooo long for his return. I thought this was going to be a flop with the blue hair and daytime bar theme but it proved me wrong!! Super cute story with a great cast.
Park Min Nov 02 2022 12:08 pm I usually like Sung Joon but this is by far his worst project to date. At this stage of his career he shouldn't accept such projects. There's almost no story, just a very long sequence of plane clips. Who ever edited this turned up the saturation to a disgusting level. No wonder this was delayed for years because it's a failed project, dead on arrival. Absolutely a waste for the cast time and talent.

tsevca May 10 2022 10:43 am To answer the previous comments, the drama was shot by and supposed to be the first own drama of a certain streaming service for K-dramas. I can't remember the name at this moment. But out of the blue, one day the service announced closure effective immediately. And while the drama was already shot, it got stuck in the limbo, with its owner closing the shop.

So Lala May 13 2021 11:29 am is there really nobody dare to work on this drama even now? such a waste when i know even in a glimpse this one has a very interesting characters arc, and by the read the description i think the concept is stil relevant to this day. i personally need this kind of simple romance seemingly healing type of drama right now, in the middle of the heavy and bold life-hardships dramas.

Unlike Absolute Boyfriend, though, this one has had me suuuper excited because I love all the cast and have a girl crush on LSY admittedly (and Sung Joon is FABULOUS at romances, whoo, so much condensation from my screens sweating when he goes in for a memorable kiss!)
Come on, networks! Was this, like MAB, slated for OCN's romance slot that disappeared with d'fever the ones who partnered for those mostly disastrous but improving products of too-fast productions grabbed from any which a where in any which a way, so to say? :P
Still WAITING... in the meantime, HWAITING! (Fighting the way they often romanize it in kdrama subs...)

Give me something about they hate each other, or think they are in love but really aren't and decide to be friends. Something that happens on a regular basis.

He's meant to shine as a main actor and I have a feeling this one is going to be a great drama for him. I don't know if he's going to keep the blue hair...it's not my favorite look on him BUT then again, he pulled off the hideous perm on SUFBB and still looked sexy af so I don't expect any less. Can't wait, so excited to see my man??
