Excercise Plan: workout/jog once a week w/ jamie, work out at least 3 times per week by self doing situps, leg lifts, side bends, etc, swimming as often as possible. try to do stationary bike (15 mins) and a mile on treadmill everynight
I, Ashley Nichole SIverly, solemnly swear to post in this community at least 3 times per week with updates on my calorie consumption and diet progress.
