Envoy of the Ayatan

So in digging through the TF Wiki again, it seems that the initial dinobot toy has be redone at least 7 times, and that's not counting the ones where they just replaced the dinosaur head. For a non car transformer that's a ridiculously high amount of re-use. But I eventually hope to collect them all. It's a good thing I'm not a stickler for MIB stuff though. And it's also a good thing that the Dinobot figures don't have a lot of parts to use.

And because I'm annoyed that my transformers collection is in storage, let me show you all the different dinobot toys! Because I'm sure you're just riveted about that sort of thing.

Results of tire escapade, both tires had holes, completely repairable. And best of all, Discount Tire repaired it for freeee. :D Yey! So I didn't pay a thing to tow and repair two tires! This is certainly a relief to me. (I also got them fixed hours ago, I just decided to sleep when I got home haha) But my theory on how I got two holes may have been that one tire may have been punctured before and didn't leak until the object fell out and it also punctured the back tire when it did. Crazier things have happened.

Also meant to touch on this earlier but, Turtles Forever is amaaaazing :D Crossover with '87 turtles and '03 turtles are great, a great sort of contrast of the series and a good conclusion to the 03 series. Seriously if you are a fan of the turtles, it really is a must-watch and if you really know your turtle history this movie has so much of it in there it really has a good appreciation of the series as a whole, so it's very fitting for a 25 year anniversary.

And some thoughts on it, to some it also might seems like they tend to take a lot of digs on the '87 turtles due to how campy it was (and it really was up until the newer series in the 90's that I personally enjoyed more) and maybe they accentuated it a bit, but at the same time I still think they showed them in a good light. During fights, while the '03 turtles were obviously more skilled in combat, the '87 turtles often did things like, strike a large, loose piece in the ceiling to make it fall on the enemies, or make rocks on the side roll down on the enemies which is a bit more comical to watch but also took out more enemies than the '03 turtles did individually. It was a nice nod to the '87 turtles to show that while less serious, they were just as effective fighters as the '03 turtles. It was a nice touch.

I guess my only real complaint is that the '03 turtles, the characters like Splinter, April, Casey and Kurai all had character designs taken from the TMNT movie. Now, I enjoyed the movie, I guess I'm just a little off-put that they didn't use the designs from the first 5 seasons. But really this is a minor gripe.

Yes, I am a retarded fangirl that still laments over the loss of Dinobot ;_;

Had the urge to watch the Beast Wars again after digging through the article on TV tropes. So yeah showed more eps to gryphax and introduced her to Inferno haha can't wait to get into more eps that show him more..

I also can't believe I didn't know about Dirk Dinobot until now. (NSFW iah.. sorta... but it's a bit more.. not safe for mind) created by the people at mainframe which is absolutely hilarious. Speaking of not safe for mind, decided to look up dinobot fanart on DA for kicks and well... yeah. The expected handful of DinobotXRattrap fanart was there but the thing that got to me was well... the non cybertronian oc's. No, no Dinobot wouldn't not want to make out with a fleshy for goodness sakes, IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT, NO.Just FFFFFF NO.

The other thing that gets me is the varying human versions of dinobot, all of them making him out to be some long haired bishonen :| I mean, seriously? Did anyone even pay attention to his very distinctive facial structure?! No, instead he's almost always drawn as a tall, pretty faced long haired boy. It's disappointing.

Haha, also, I think I scarred gryph though with those terrible pictures.
