I have created a community called sorrow_pixels to show off my pixel art. Cartoon dollz, pixel scenes, bases to use etc. I still obssess over fan-art and there will be a LOT of slash/yaoi content, such as the picture below. (Major naughtiness will always be put behind a cut, so you don't have to fear for work or kids)
So if this is something that interests you, come look for yourself, and pass it along to anyone else you think would be interested.

I just started making these and I just make whatever catches my fancy at the time, so I don't forsee any *theme* packs, just a buch of loose mixed images. They are jpg images so that you can save them and make your own brushes for whatever graphics program you use.
Here is an example icon made from two of the brushes:
