A few random things:

Today was the annual local 4-H livestock show, so I went out to take some photos for work. It's in a barn without air conditioning, so it's always stupidly hot 😩 We did have a nice breeze coming through for a while until they had to close the barn doors for the cattle part of the competition (so they don't spook the cows). We actually had four cows this year! Usually it's just one or two.

Anyway, the kids all did great this year, even with a few uncooperative animals. The hogs are always the funniest to watch because they Do Not Care about anything and move at their own pace. I love watching the littlest kids lead around goats and lambs that are basically the same size as them. So cute 😊

In other news, the fourth time was the charm for my intoabar fic. I restarted writing from scratch again, and things are finally clicking 🥳 I don't expect anyone to read it, but I'm just so thrilled about this mash-up of characters. I love exploring commonalities and differences between characters from different fandoms. Crossovers are so neat. I'm having fun with it! I hope to work on it a bit more before bed tonight. (Though I'm tired enough to doze off in the middle of it right now)

I'm also trying to finish something short for femslashfete this week too 🤞

Lastly, I was really craving pizza yesterday because I haven't had any in a long time. And then coincidentally, Mom called me tonight and said she had some leftover pizza from lunch if I wanted it. Of course I did!!

I wonder if I think really hard about milkshakes, I can manifest someone buying me one this weekend 🤔😂

Feeling better than when I wrote my last summary, but this past week was incredibly hectic 😵‍💫 Just gonna share a few links and then ramble about offline life.

My brain has felt like it's been full of static since Thursday. So I have not been doing very much lately. Generally feeling like I just wanna disappear into the woods, maybe hang out in a dark cave, for a while 😅

This feeling will pass, but the wait is annoying.
