How to initialize a Binding : Bool variable in SwiftUI?

How to initialize shouldPopToRootView? Here is my code:

    init() {
        UINavigationBar.appearance().backgroundColor = .clear
        UINavigationBar.appearance().setBackgroundImage(UIImage(), for: .default)
