Simone Perazzolo is an Italian-British pharmacokineticist and software developer known for his work on physiologically-based and compartmental modeling of long-acting injectable drugs for HIV and other infectious diseases, and for maintaining the SAAM II kinetic modeling software.[1][2]

Perazzolo is affiliated with the Department of Pharmaceutics at the University of Washington in Seattle and is the founder and director of Nanomath LLC, which has distributed and further developed SAAM II since 2022.[3]
