History
editPrivyr was founded in 2018 by Aaron Lim and Shivam Mani Tripathi. The company developed a CRM platform optimized for mobile devices, in contrast to traditional desktop-based systems.
In 2022, Privyr raised $6 million in a Series A funding round co-led by MassMutual Ventures Southeast Asia and Vulcan Capital, with participation from Wavemaker Partners.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
As of 2025, the platform reportedly had over 500,000 users, processed more than 100 million leads, and its Android application had over 100,000 installations.[9]
Products

The software integrates with major social media advertising platforms and website tools.[10][11] In 2025, it added support for WhatsApp Business accounts in the United Kingdom and Europe, as WhatsApp introduced WhatsApp Coexistence features in those regions.[11][12]
