History
editThe company was originally founded in 1976 in Hungerford, UK, under the name Kerridge. It later became part of ADP Dealer Services and, subsequently, CDK Global International.[2]
In March 2021, CDK Global's international operations were acquired by private equity firm Francisco Partners, which rebranded the business as Keyloop.[2][4]
Keyloop has since made several strategic acquisitions and launched new products and programs. In April 2024, it acquired Automotive Transformation Group (ATG), enhancing its omnichannel retail capabilities and combining ATG's e-commerce platform with Keyloop's data analytics to better connect consumer journeys in automotive retail.[5]
In May 2025, Keyloop launched Service Hub, a cloud-native, web-based aftersales tool.[6] The same year, Keyloop opened a new Global Delivery Hub in Hyderabad, India to develop international R&D and support networks.[7]
In August 2025, Keyloop partnered with ThoughtSpot for a new business intelligence suite, VEGA. The collaboration provides real-time analytics, predictive trend analysis, and reporting tools embedded into Keyloop's dealer-facing software products.[8]
Keyloop also developed the Fusion Automotive Retail Platform (ARP), which integrates multiple domains - Demand, Supply, Ownership, Operate - to optimize dealership operations.[9][10]
