History

edit

Imagicle was founded in 2010 and has been developing software applications for enterprise communications ever since.[2]

The company has expanded internationally with wholly owned subsidiaries in Dubai (UAE), Miami (USA), Riyadh (KSA), and Paris (France). The Paris office was opened following the acquisition of French software developer and competitor Telisca.[3][4][5]

In 2021, Italian software group Zucchetti took a majority stake in Imagicle and subsequently listed it among the companies in its group.[1][6]

Products and services

edit

Imagicle develops a suite of unified communications applications deployable on on-premises, service-provider hosted, and cloud environments.[2] The applications include call and queue management tools, call recording, call analytics, contact manager, digital fax, and hospitality services.[2][7]

Integrations with third-party platforms

edit

In 2024, Imagicle obtained Microsoft 365 SaaS-app compliance and Microsoft Teams contact-center integration certifications, followed in 2025 by the listing of its applications on the Microsoft Marketplace.[8][9][10][11]

Imagicle software is also published on the Webex App Hub.[12]
