BotsCrew is a Ukrainian software company that develops artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for businesses, including AI agents, generative AI applications, and conversational interfaces such as chatbots and virtual assistants.[1] The company was founded in 2016 by Maksym Gladysh, Nazar Hembara, and Oleh Pylypchak. It is headquartered in Lviv, Ukraine, with an additional office in San Francisco, California.[2]
BotsCrew’s technology is used in sectors such as healthcare, retail, travel, marketing, e-commerce, and automotive services.[3] The company’s clients have included organizations such as Virgin Holidays, Honda, Mars, and FIBA.[3] BotsCrew was acquired in 2025 by CourtAvenue, a United States–based digital transformation agency.[4]
