What is the purpose of this community? This community provides fanfiction and/or fanart ideas for Zuko/Katara shippers in the Avatar: the Last Airbender through an exchange. The purpose of the community is to promote Zutara writers, help developing writers improve their writing, and encourage a closer sense of community within the Zutara fandom. This exchange will be based on requests and gifts, and at the end of each session, there will be awards to recognize good writers. What is an exchange and how does it work? In essence, a fanworks exchange is an exchange in which participants exchange stories or fanart. Each person makes a request, and all these requests are compiled and distributed to those who are compatible. Your gift recipient's request is going to be emailed to you. Usually, the recipient of your gift will write/draw for someone else. If this is confusing, feel free to email me at zutara_exchange@yahoo.com, post your question as a comment to a post, or see A Guide to Participating in Fic Exchanges. Don't hesitate to ask questions or make comments!
1. Flames of any kind will not be tolerated. This community encourages constructive criticism. 2. Reviews should be helpful and insightful. 3. All ratings are allowed, but readers should take responsibility for what they read/write/draw/view 4. All stories must include only Zuko and Katara as the main pairing, though others are allowed as side pairings. 5. Try to stick to your commitments as much as possible. If you require extensions, feel free to email me, but always keep me updated. This is VERY IMPORTANT. If you want to back out, you MUST notify me. 6. All work must be COMPLETE. All fics must be beta'd, and this constitutes as being complete. 7.
