I've been training at Zone for just over 3 months and I'm already down 14 lbs! I can't thank the trainers enough. They have all been extremely supportive and I couldn't imagine a better place to workout.

I came to meet with Brett not knowing what a squat thruster was. Fast forward 4 years and I'm down over 50 Ibs, have ran two marathons, and fitness has become a part of my daily life. From teaching me the fitness ropes to supporting me through crazy challenges he has always been there for me.
Anil Sharma
I have worked with all of the trainers at Zone 105 and each of them brings such a great knowledge to each workout. They are a group that I would trust training my 70-year-old mother-literally, she's been to the studio and absolutely loves it.
Laura Davis
Being pregnant, I was weary of starting a workout regime, but knowing the knowledge the trainers have at Zone made it easy. They are calm, patient and have always made me feel very confident in our workouts.
