Ahoy!

Soooo, I was just talking to my friend Google about supplying me with picture of Ziskind's interior, and while that conversation proved to be unsuccessful, I did discover the Ziskind livejournal community. Who knew?! Anyway, I'm Margaret and I'm an incoming first year in 301. Hi!

hey Ladies!

My name's Danielle, and I'm entering my sophomore year at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Virginia. I plan on transferring, and well, Smith is my dream school. I want to transfer to Smith, but I'm REALLY scared I won't get in (because, well, my gpa is really low - I'm going back this year to get my gpa up). I would do anything to get in - and I'm willing to take out a million loans to pay for it!! Anywho, the reason why I'm posting here is because if, by chance, I do get in, I really want to live in Ziskind House. I don't know why... but I do! :) So, maybe I will be joining you ladies sometime in the future! I sure hope so... Thanks for listening!

Danielle

spring break

Hey, are any of you guys going to be in the house over break? I'm thinking of coming back just a little bit early--like Friday night or Saturday--and was hoping to be able to get back into the house without having to deal with paying for a key. Thanks!

  • winter hat and scarf from free box: free
  • totally rad housemates, absolutely prime location, and 3 meals a day/7 days a week in-house dining on a day like today: priceless.

another silly first-year with questions

hope you don't mind ._. i also totally just found this and am really glad. my name is Ellie, i'm going to be in room 319A with my roommate Jenna. I live in Henniker, NH, but I'm really from Eastern MA :P I'm a geek, I like ducks, and I bake (why yes, i do do brownies :D).
I suppose I could just wait a week and find out, but i'm excited, so here goes: What are the Ziskind rooms like? Is it a party dorm or a more quiettype one? Are there kitchenettes? Does anyone have an irrational fear of waterfowl?
thanks bunches :o
