Alex resolves to think before biting. It gives him a chance to pick out a good target.
Nik resolves to be in the comic more. He's kinda miffed at me now I think. I think he also plans on carrying around band-aids more often.
Lucas resolves to be nicer to orphans and to help nuns across busy intersections. I think he need to resolve not to lie quite so much.
So, I just got done with that little side project I was workin' on. I'll be putting up a link for it when it comes out, neat, eh? I'll be going back to updating about once a week, in theory. Yay!
In the first page of the chibi comic Alex is listening to Kate Bush - Hounds of Love. I imagine that it is blaring out the window of his lair and would be freaking out his neighbors, had they not all mysteriously vanished or moved away for safety reasons (aside from Lucas, obviously).
The skirt he's wearing is from some girl he met at a donut shop. He didn't care for her personality, but he liked her skirt, so he had her for lunch. She was tasty and he managed to keep from making a mess of the skirt in the process, so, all in all, it was a good night for him.
Yes, he has a bow in his hair, it matches the ribbons on his skirt.
As you can see, little Alex is just a bit stronger than he realizes, poor boi. I guess being a vampire does have it's drawbacks from time to time.
So, I finished the first chapter, hip hoo-ray for me, ne? It only took me a year and a freakin' half to finish it, yeesh.
So the next thing I have planned is a cute little story that I made during a very long and slow day at work. It's all done in pencil, so it'll be interesting to see how it comes out after it's scanned. Once that's done I'll go back to the regular story, that I will.
I've been working on something new lately and I'm kinda excited about it. I've got one more page before the first story line is done and then I'm moving on to a short little side story that doesn't really have anything to do with anything, but it's super cute. So there.
Yeesh, don't update here much do I? Nor on the actual comic...or so it seems. Well, I've been kinda busy as of late what with graduating and everything, so I haven't been up for much of anything. This will change starting now. I have decided to update here as regularly as I can manage, though I would be more inspired if people were to leave me feedback... unless it's the bad kind, then I might have to pull a J and Silent Bob.

Hey there, I have started a new photoshop class, so the comic is reaping the benefits. I actually should have been using it much more than I was, but I have been kind of lazy. I know the updates are brief, but it is better than nothing, no?
It's amazing, people are really starting to check out the site and ::gasp:: they also seem to like it. Way nifty to the factor of...hmm, lets say 12.
Not too many people are checking out this journal as of yet, but that could be for lack of knowledge of its existence. Who knows, I'll just keep writing and if people notice, good for them.
