Advent Children is love
This is a poem I wrote a looonngg while ago. It's a little depressing for my taste now...I was so emo..lol.
Isolation
Darkness envelopes me.
Coldness freezes me.
I cannot move freely.
I cannot breathe without pain.
I search for aid,
but I find none.
I hear voices.
I hear laughter,
but I cannot join in.
I am alone in this empty confinement.
I have no where to go.
I am trapped.
My hands are bound.
I wish to be found,
but I cannot make a sound.
Why won't you help me?
I weep to be free.
My sanity hangs by a thread.
I have grown weak,
and sorrow floods through me
like blood flows in my veins.
It feels as if I have been
brought down by chains.
I seek refuge,
not this silent solitude.
Release me from this dark abyss.
Release me from this isolation.
