It's currently under Books & Literature, and it *is* a book, (and I requested the book rather than 14th Century Occitan RPF on purpose) so that's fine if that's where it really belongs! I could not remember if there's some kind of established precedent for nonfiction books being nominated with real-person characters. But if there's no existing guideline for nominations of books like that, I think it fits better in RPF with the documentaries and historical rpf (or with both books and rpf).

Batgirl (DC Super Hero Girls 2015) should be Barbara Gordon (DC Super Hero Girls 2015). She is explicitly Barbara Gordon and spends a whole season as Barbara Gordon without a superhero identity before becoming Batgirl
Supergirl (DC Super Hero Girls 2015) should be Kara Zor-El (DC Super Hero Girls 2015). She is referred to by personal name in the series. There is no ambiguity over it.
Technically, I don't think Starfire was ever referred to by her personal name, but it is Koriand'r.

But if Poniatowski was explicitly nominated under Frederician RPF because someone wanted fic about the two of them, then I'm kind of stoked about that. :D Just want to make sure the fandom is consistent with the nominator's intent, 'cause it could go either way.
P.S. The Catherine nomination in the Frederician fandom (again, not my nomination) has a small typo: Ekaterina, not Ekatarina.

(a) "Carthage RPF" with characters:

The issues are these:
1) several historical figures (Hannibal Barca, Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus the Elder) are common to both tagsets.
2) With one exception (Dido|Elissa) all figures nominated are from the Second Punic War. However, one can easily make the case that Dido, who is often represented as the original mover of the war, is not irrelevant to the Punic Wars, and the nominator or any requester might well want her to appear as a historical figure, or in a dream or a vision, or as an ancestor spirit, or a ghost, or in some other way. It seems to me that all these figures could be put under the heading of "Punic Wars RPF". In 2017, Scipio Africanus and Hannibal Barca were nominated under the fandom "Punic Wars RPF"
3) Names. The current most common ao3 tag for Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus Maior seems to be "Scipio Africanus". (Understandably, standardizing ancient Roman rpf characters is a low tag-wrangling priority). I personally would prefer "Scipio Africanus | Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus Maior" to avoid all ambiguity with Scipio Aemilianus (the younger Africanus -- himself not irrelevant to Carthaginian history or the Punic Wars, and I only assume that both nominators meant the Elder). But having the same historical figure appear under different names in RPF fandoms that are functionally the same seems excessively confusing.
For the sake of tidiness and to minimize confusion in requesting and offering, can these fandoms be merged into:
"Punic Wars RPF" with characters:
