Beautiful Bird (麗（れい）鳥（ちょう） Reichō) is a series of WIND Attribute Winged Beast Type monsters used by Myuda Velgear in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. In terms of card design, the theme features young men, wearing elegant, feather-laced clothing, likely playing on the bishōnen aesthetic.

EtymologyEdit

"麗鳥" (Reichō) sounds like 霊鳥 (Reichō, lit. Sacred Bird), a term for basically any mystical or mythical bird. It may also be a play on "霊長" (Reichō), a term for "Lord of All Things"/"Superhuman" (Also it may mean "Primate" or "Humanity" in general.)
