This is a community for fans of the 1988 movie Young Guns and its 1990 sequel Young Guns II: Blaze of Glory. However, this is expanded to include the actors of Young Guns (to a lesser degree) and information and discussion regarding the real Billy the Kid and the Lincoln County War.

laurelin_kit was disturbed at the lack of YG fancenters out there.

Rules
1. Be nice. I don't want this place reported to fandom_wank. Discussions are wonderful and encouraged at all costs. Don't feel ashamed to ask questions. Someone will have an answer.
2. Please have a point to your post. Introductions are wonderful, but bring something to the community. I don't want this to turn into a community that dies quickly and has skip-20 of "Hi, I found this community and I didn't know anyone else liked this movie OMG coolies, so yeah okay!"
3. Requests are okay, but remember if you request something, try and return the favor later. Don't be a leech.
4. lj-cut if it's big. Don't spam f-lists.
Regulators
-laurelin_kit is the creator of this community. She's been to Lincoln County on holiday, and this is her first community.
-beckyincharge introduced YG to Kit. She is one of the best writers ever and a very intelligent and outspoken person.
-cinesister is going to be very very very famous someday. For now, she's helping Kit and Becky with the community and knows the most about being a mod. Fear her accordingly.
Other Considerations
-laurelin_kit, beckyincharge and lindi_of_rohan have a five notebook-long fanfic (still in progress) for Young Guns called Eye of the Whirlwind. They'll be posting some of it in here and various spoilers involving it.
- You can post your series fanfiction! It's okay! Go for it! Just please lj-cut.
