This is a general discussion, debate, question, advice, internet sociology/psychology, brutal honesty and confession community where you can talk about almost anything. You can make confessions and brutally honest posts, but other topics of discussion are welcome as well.

The only things that are really off-topic are posts that are better suited as a personal journal entry or for a community within some specialized technical subject.

Rules

1. No spam. This includes both commercial and non-commercial advertisements (e.g. requests to visit your website, to join some political protest, etc...).
2. No flooding. Making repeated posts/comments strictly for the sake of flooding the community is not allowed. This also applies to people who repeatedly make new posts where commenting in an existing thread would be more appropriate.
3. Do not delete posts nor comments. The only exceptions to this are that you're allowed to delete your own comments to correct errors, but not as an act of self-censorship and you can NOT your own post unless you posted here by mistake. There is also another exception for post deletion if you accidentally make a poll incorrectly and want to re-post, but it only applies if no one has commented yet.
4. Do not screen comments or freeze threads.
5. Do not violate the LJ ToS in any way that could get the community in trouble.
6. Use lj-cut when appropriate. Click here for help using lj-cut.
7. Do not post any graphic or otherwise non-work-safe images, unless they are behind a cut with a warning.
8. Do not make off-topic posts.
9. Sock puppet accounts that exist to hide your real identity are not allowed. Don't be a coward.
