Just wanted to let you know that I lived in Xenia for several years and the movie Gummo is nothing but a joke in that town. The town, however small and full of hicks it may be, is not a hotbed for incest and cat-killing and it never was. Sorry to break that news to you.
When I first moved to Xenia, I said to someone at work, "I hear there is a movie about this town."
Coworker: "Pfft, you mean Gummo?" ::insert laughter of dozens of coworkers::

You know the bits which look like theyve been filmed on handcam with Tummler dancing and just acting manic in another one.. im pretty sure theres two.. theres a voice over by him about suicide3, hating people, not understanding peple, confusion etc... are they Korine's actual suicide notes being read from when he tried?

I was hoping you guys could help me with a problem.
Well,I watched Gummo some time ago (I really loved it <3)on TV by occassion.I didn´t know it would be on,so I wasn´t able to record it :/ I have to write a paper for college about a movie or a book and I decided to write about Gummo. I want to use Salomon and Tummler as the main characters for my paper and since I couldn´t get the movie anywhere around here and even downloading failed I am afraid that I miss out parts of their acting. I could finda bit help on some websites, but I didn´t find everything I need,so I wanted to ask you guys if you could tell me about their actings during the whole movie in some bits. Especially about what happened to them at the end so I can make sure that I won´t have forgotten anything.
I´d really appreciate your help!!!
And also,is there a book to the movie? I´m in doubt of that since the movie has no real story,but if there is please tell me :)
