Here's to the start of another cross country season. Good luck everyone!

Well we went to Washington clark county districts. I go to a 2-3A school. Camas. Girls didn't make it to state. I finished in the top 30. We ran all within 2 minutes of each other. 19minutes to 23ish minutes. We ran fast, hard and did our best. We didn't make it to stat as a team though. We lost by 16 points to yelm(all numbers are rough estimates). Kyann our number one runner, qualified individually. She came in secound a hard loss for her. She was going fo first. Damn Yelm, you girls are good. So xc is over for me. I'm not sure if I'll be running for Calrk next year or not. I don't know if I'll even be running for track this year. My senior year. My last. It's actually starting to rub in. It's takin' it's time hasn't it? I ran a 22 something for the race. We ran at st. matins college. new district course and my whole team ran excelent. we did our best what more could we ask for. they ran better harder. sad we your best isn't good enough, very disharting. but thats the way it is. I guess. Well at least Kyann gets to go to state and I get to eat onion rings and hot fudge covered ice cream!!! It's over and done with. Like Kyann says, you only get 15 minutes to dwell with it. at this is my last ten minutes of dwelling ;). Well good luck to all you runners out there, I'll stay in touch to give advice and tips. :)
~Over and out

I like the new lay out!
Hey guess who's been number 5 to 3 runner on the team. Yeah that's right I'm getting stronger, smarter and moving up the pack! I'm totally going to state agian. I had a rough start this year. A few rolled ankles and achellies problems but I'm coming back! I'm so excited. Our tri meet was really a duel meet. R.A. long sucks, they had two girls and they ran slow. I mean these girls were almost behind all twenty of our girls. Columbia river though, that's a scary bunch. They ran a 9 person pack up with our number two and number one runners. Scary, just scary. I just need to up my pace anouther 20 secounds and I might be able to keep up. My pace work outs today were 10 secounds too fast everytime and we did finishing sprints at the end of each pace run. I was soo tired, almost threw up, got real sick anyhow.
Well that's about it. ~Over and out.

By the way, my userpicture is my girlfriend, not me. haha.
I'm changing this layout, it sucks.
At the SJ Shore Coaches, My team won overall! Varsity kicked ass and so did JV..both finishing first in their races (I ran JV). The race was at Holmdel with the infamous Bowl. My time was 20:08..and considering how hard that course is..I'm actually rather happy with my time..I also got a team medal..yay.
The blah in the subject is because of my shin splints. They're reallllllyyy pissing me off. They've been hurting on and off and I've been icing them and junk. I've had them since last XC season.
sorry if i was a loser last update, i was just mad because of my race. i got suspended from the team for a day because of www.dyestat.com related issues.
For a 6 mile training run I had a pace of 6:01. For a 3.05 race I had a pace of 5:58. I'm being a bitch and need to run faster. You probably think I sound like a beginner and I'm not taking any stradegy into my plan. But trust me, I just need to run faster, I can't say it any other way, and plus, I made this community so I can kick you out.
It was in Gresham. I ran a 23:03. That means coach wants me to run a 22 flat. I, in time wise, ran well enough to finish seventh on the team. still varsity. I might still go to state!!!! I just need to run well the next three meets and booya I'm going to state, freakin' awsome. I love running. Oh that reminds me I gtg, pushups and crunches adios!!!
