Doing: Walking the dog, talk-talk-talking!, pointing out letters to me (though, they are always A,E,R,P and 6) waving to other drivers when we are in the car

Working on: counting, learning new words several times a day.

Afraid of: Airplanes, once in a while (since the air and water show)

Getting in trouble for: stealing the dog's toys, general dog harrasment, turning off mommy's computer

We just had our first experience with things being scary at bedtime. Having a bit of a storm tonight, Xander was insisting that the flashes and crashes were fireworks. And Fireworks are scary, or as Xander puts it, "Shy-wook keewy".

Animal: Still dogs.

Food: Bananas, Broccoli, French Fries

Word: Shoes! cause that means we're going outside. And "Fwin" (friends) because that means we're having company. Calling me "Sheawa".

Toy: his cars, no doubt. Mack the Truck = love.

Place: Any where he can run around freely.

Movie: Cars

Tele Show: Kipper

Music: Route 66, and all the rest of the Cars soundtrack.

Doing: "Sh-wie-ing!" Flying around, with or without a cape.

Working on: Sleeping in his bed all night. Patience. Filling in full sentances. Counting.

Afraid of: Fireworks, thunder

Getting in trouble for: dumping water out of the tub. terrorizing the kitty.

Doing: Introducing himself to all the kids at the park "Hah woah!

Working on: Bed time still, had a bit of a relaps there. Singing. Word pronunciation. "Kayko" became "Kooky" this month.

Afraid of: Sharks on tv.

Getting in trouble for: Food experiments. An unattended glass of water will be filled with strange objects in a matter of seconds.

Animal: Doggies.

Food: Bananas, Chahky Mik

Word: Choo choo and chahky EVERYthing.

Toy: His Bob the Builder fork lift toy.

Place: Running. Doesn't matter where to or from.

Movie: Monster's Inc, the Lion King, Robots, and RHPS.

Tele Show: Jack's Big Music Show (the space opera episode)

Music: London Bridge is Falling Down, other assorted nursery rhymes as well.

Doing: Make-up 'tattoos', blowing and chasing bubbles, memorizing and then acting out all his favourite movies.

Working on:
Filling in whole sentences! He has learned SO very many new words since I wrote that list, last month. This has really been the turning point for him.
Also, getting better about bed time. We can acctually leave the room before he is totally asleep now. No more sneaking out, avoiding the squeeky floor boards.
Singing!

Afraid of: the "big bobs" at Auntie Caleigh's work, the new vacuum, hair cuts and the doctor's office.

Getting in trouble for: Stealing mommies "cake-up", trying to play with the fish or feed them peanut butter and jelly, running over my swept up piles of floor stuff with his bike!

What he lacks in vocabulary he more than makes up for in perception. The kid doesn't miss a thing!

I'm sure I'll remember more after I post it. He mimics too, but these are the ones he uses regularly.

Getting in trouble for: Pulling the toilet paper into the toilet, and flushing, to watch it get sucked in and pulled off the roll as it goes.
