    The first Android phone was announced 10 years ago today. I have many fond memories of the times leading up to that launch, but we knew there was so much more left to do. I'm deeply grateful for our wonderful developer community that keeps pushing us to be better.

    I wrote a new library that combines the advantages of vectors (Path) and 9-patches: github.com/romainguy/v9 It is not published on Maven yet as there is still some work to do on it but it might already be useful to you.
