Sometimes people don’t realize the human part of being an elite sportsman. He is 23 and bald, I went through my lowest confidence when I started losing hair from 19 to 23. I got on Rogaine and Finpecia to protect it and only in my 30s got comfortable with the look I have today.

My diet in India 9 am - black coffee 12 pm - 6 inch subway no cheese or sauce 5 pm - light snacks. No carbs 11 pm - 5 double of whiskey Fish Amritsari, Reshmi Tikka, Sukkha Bhel, Butter chicken and 2 Rotis, Falooda and Phirni

Weight loss at Elite level is a 2-3 month or even shorter process. Unlike us who work in an office their office is gym or the ground. Weight is very much linked to emotional well being. He is 23. He is a kid. He doesn’t need people who don’t know or care about him poking fun on

I want to build a cricket academy in Bombay which only nurtures fast bowling all rounders. Nutrition, lodging, training everything taken care of. It’s terrible to sit on the sidelines to see we can’t produce a single @jacqueskallis75 in my lifetime. Next call to cricketing
