Observations around @AvaLabs a week in:
1. The employees understand and use the tech - you would be shocked how few people working for other protocols actually use the tech.
2. Tenure of employees is absurd! When you are meeting several people that have been with @avax for 5

It enabled an entire generation of builders to launch their dreams without going bankrupt, supported billions in economic activity, and proved that blockchain could scale.
