The owners don't want a salary cap because of the Dodgers. The owners want a cap because they've wanted a cap for decades. The Dodgers are a red herring, and you're going to let MLB get away with a lockout because you don't like the Dodgers trying to win more than anyone else.

That is the plan The owners are colluding for the Dodgers to do this so the public sides with them during the labor stoppage. Every other work stoppage the fans backed the players. This one the fans will back the owners because the fans now want a salary cap. They did this all
