I’ve recently been thinking about the collapse of the AMOC. It’s funny that global warming means global cooling (around 20°C) in some places. Sometimes it seems like everything is folding into its own reverse.

- The HARDEST thing every time we try an idea is DISTRIBUTION. Do not have the budget for the fire-and-forget marketing. Need to build a brand constantly. Missed even the simplest ones, not being visible on social media, and not focusing website. Only product development. ❌
- As someone who f*cked up many startups, Distribution > Product. We always sat and did product development, understanding customers, and focusing on them. We did not focus on distribution. You'll be surprised how easy it is when you focus on distribution.
