Worth noting that our Founding Fathers themselves published anonymous satirical newspapers lampooning English politicians, and the Crown responded by trying to kill them. Some issues are fairly argued as beyond the intent/understanding of the Founders, this ain't one of them.

As far as I know, there has never been a real postmortem on the whole "$99 computers will pull the Third World out of poverty" bit that pretty much everyone in tech treated as serious for at least a decade. It moved from WIRED covers, TED talks, and UN proclamations to silence.

The fastest way to lower average housing prices in American cities is enforcing the law/reducing criminal activity. Huge chunks of high-density housing are trapped in Bad Neighborhoods, no-go zones depressed well below nearby prices. Nobody with options even considers them.

Every American man is required by law to register for the draft. Failure to do so is a crime punishable by $250,000, 5 years in prison, and lifetime ineligibility for government benefits. Counselling any man to not register has the same punishment.
