"I am happy that I returned to my house, but there are still no services in the area," Siham told us during an inter-sectoral mission led by OCHA to rural #Lattakia. Communities highlighted urgent needs for shelter, #electricity, #water, healthcare, #education, & livelihoods.

Overcoming current financial barriers is key to accessing protection services. 121 households in Khafseh & Manbij in rural Aleppo received Cash for Protection assistance through IOM & @IYDrelief, supported by SHF @OCHAFunds @OCHA_Syria for urgent protection needs & safe pathways.

📍 OCHA led an inter‑agency mission to western Rural #Damascus, where communities face severe water shortages, damaged WASH systems, & restricted access to farmland due to insecurity. Humanitarian partners will continue to address these critical gaps and strengthen resilience.

Twice in one day, Khamisa, 65, was forced to flee rising floodwaters in Deir ez-Zor. with 9 family members. Now sheltering in a school, they hold onto hope. 3,625 people are displaced. With #SyriaHumanitarianFund support, UNHCR & SARC provide essential relief, restoring dignity.
