Parking problem in Brussels in two shots. Why not share private + shared parking together? Better for users (20% ridership drop). Better for non users (less parking saturation).

Interesting for me in Madrid is how much mopeds are everywhere illegally parked on sidewalks but they constitute neither an issue or get fined. On the contrary shared escooters that are usually well parked are a major “order” problem leading to a possible ban.
