Just before 5 a.m. Sunday, FDNY Marine 2 and Marine 4 responded to Eastchester Bay in the Bronx after receiving reports of a vessel with multiple people on board taking on water and sinking. Marine 4 arrived within minutes and located a partially submerged 30-foot cabin cruiser
