After announcing that we would continue the use of the Vaccine Pass at our bar Woof! in Dunedin, we've been flooded by fake one-star reviews from all over NZ. So I decided to track these people down and phone them, or their workplaces, to hold them account.

An update on our Vaccine Pass use over the last week at Woof!: - one-star reviews & homophobic abuse have continued to flow in, now from all over the world - Google is removing those reviews every day or so, thanks to our community flagging them - We had our biggest week of 2022

- an ANZ 'business intelligence manager' (lol) in Wellington. I am going through the complaints process and expecting a call from his manager. Our bar banks with ANZ 👀 - the (former, as it turns out) workplace of a business consultant in Tāmaki, also deeply embarrassed

I'm one of the three men who Sir James Wallace was found guilty of assaulting. Today, my name suppression has been lifted by the court, with my approval. In 2008, when I was 24, JW drugged me at a meeting in his home, and in this incapacitated state, attempted to initiate sex.

I identified and called: - two evangelical christian brothers, builders from Whangārei. I spoke to one, who sheepishly denied it was him - the workplace of a kiwifruit lab technician. The manager was so embarrassed as she herself previously worked in hospitality

Today Dunedin rallied against disinformation and extreme right hate group Freedom & Rights Coalition and it’s Destiny Church pastor leader. It was a phenomenal success. We understood the assignment, and outnumbered F&R 45-400 (at peak).

I don’t blame Jacinda Ardern for resigning. Very few of us can imagine the level of hatred and misogyny she receives on a weekly basis, and we don’t hear about the totality of threats of violence against her. “I am human. Politicians are human.”
