Outing with the camera

Good day. I went for an outing today with Yanni and Jerri today, for no real particular reason(for me anyway). Well except, I haven't been downtown for ages and Jerri really wanted me to try bubble tea. Surprisingly, there was a lot of hubbub, from the Chinese new year still around. Lots of lion dances. :D I also finally had the chance to use my camera. So I have to show off some stuff.

So yuss, here come the pictures.

First of all. BLUE FLAMINGO! Yeah, it's not real, but it's still cool. The strange things one finds whilst wandering through the mall.



Then we went the gardens for pictures. Unfortunally, the lighting in there made my pictures a bit fuzzy, but whatever. But for some reason I really liked that tree. It looked like a bonsai (It was about knee height).

So then I just took some pictures of the statues around. :hearts:


I really like the fox one. With a little cropping, it would make a cool avatar.


Then there was this little bugger.

There was a security guard there to make sure that he stayed in his pond. Little turtle houdini had to be put back twice while I was there.



Then we went for bubble tea! Yay! It was actually quite good. I certainly wouldn't object to going for another.


And for no reason whatsoever.

Evil Viggo. We went home and played SSX3. :D

We wandered around for quite a bit. I bought this cool little wooden sword. Mostly for display, but it would be good for costumes too.
