We offer free delivery throughout South Africa for all online orders (only) over R350 using third part couriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• We offer international shipping to select destinations outside of South Africa. Please note that additional charges will apply for shipping to international locations.
• We currently ship to the following countries: Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles and Zambia.
• Whenever possible, we will use a freight company that operates within your country. If you prefer to use your own courier, please contact us at michelle@zebbies.com to make the necessary arrangements.

To proceed with international shipping, please select the "International Order" option under both the Shipping Method and Payment Method at checkout. Select "Complete Order" and we will provide you with a shipping quote within 72 business hours.

INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS:

• We offer free collection from any Zebbies store or either of our two distribution centres. Stock may not be available from your nearest store. Please allow for delivery to your nearest store, who will contact you when your order has arrived.
• Should you choose to collect your order within South Africa, you will be liable to pay 15% VAT on all invoices, as per the South African VAT act.
  
  For both International Shipping and Collections, your cart will be updated accordingly for easy online payment.
