At Yume, every dumpling is folded by hand, every cocktail crafted with intention, and every track flows through a custom Arda Audio sound system that shapes the atmosphere.
Inspired by Chinese jiaozi and Scandinavian design, Yume blends precision and emotion - food meant to be felt as much as tasted. We use local ingredients from GRTA-certified flour and proteins to fresh vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms grown right here in Geneva.
