Our Programs
Three Distinct Program Pathways
The RISE Division delivers specialized, field-tested experiential learning programs designed specifically for international schools and forward-thinking educational institutions. With an emphasis on service-learning engagement, our programs aim to build the next generation of compassionate, responsible, and proactive changemakers and leaders through our three distinct program pathway.

Changemakers Program
An intensive 2-day on-campus weekend camp combined with a turnkey 16-hour digital action toolkit, designed to ignite empathy in younger cohorts (Grades 5–7) and guide them from initial social-impact ideas to real-world community execution.

Youth Leadership
Training
A personalized, tactical workshop series engineered for older student-led groups (Grades 6–12), installing professional project-management skills, task delegation strategies, and peer-to-peer accountability systems.

Zero to One Fellowship
An elite, selective fellowship cohort that guides advanced student leaders through the complete social entrepreneurial journey of launching an impactful project, organization, or social initiative entirely from scratch.
Changemakers Program
Introduction
The RISE framework is structured as a continuous learning journey that supports students from their initial spark of inspiration all the way through to final project delivery. The experience begins with our immersive experiential learning camp where students engage with real world issues to build empathy and design initial project ideas. This is followed by our four week Saturday extension program where students receive direct mentorship to execute their plans and launch their initiatives. Finally, the cycle concludes with a public project showcase event where student teams present their community impact and celebrate their growth as real world changemakers.
Program Flow
① Camp Program
Students kick off the experience with a 2-day immersive camp designed to build an active changemaker mindset through experiential learning. Instead of passive listening, students dive into global-issue simulations that turn abstract problems into personal, empathetic missions, rapidly boosting their motivation to take action. The weekend wraps up with a guest session from a local NPO tackling the issue, giving students the immediate inspiration and real-world context they need to design their own project blueprints.
Students transition their camp blueprints into real-world practice by participating in an in-person execution program across four consecutive weekends. Guided directly by Youth For Future mentors, student teams conduct local research, set up management roles, map out project logistics and finally launch their community initiatives.
③ Project Showcase
The program concludes with a final capstone presentation event where students share their hard work with an audience of peers, parents, and teachers. Rather than submitting a traditional written report, student teams use presentation boards, media assets, or short speeches to share their final project data and community results. This milestone allows students to celebrate their personal growth and publicly demonstrate their ability to organize and execute local solutions.
