Our work at the reception is very calm, attending to guests, handling check-in and check-out, with a lot of kindness toward guests. The hostel is very quiet; it is not a party hostel. We always try to form a team with people who are respectful, responsible, honest, kind, and empathetic. Cuenca is one of the most beautiful, safest, and cleanest cities in Ecuador, with colonial architecture and a lot of culture.

Beautiful place, close to everything. I made good friends here and a sweetheart, Paaao, to explain everything to us. Highly recommended as a first experience; the shifts are easy and the work is the same. Everything is super organized and easy to understand. I hope to return soon 💕

This is the first time you volunteered and it was an amazing experience, since you felt at home; the place is very welcoming, the other volunteers were very kind, respectful, and responsible. Honestly, it was an incredible experience and I would definitely volunteer again at the hostel.
