Biography
Timothy Francis Leary (October 22, 1920 – May 31, 1996) was an American psychologist and writer, known for his strong advocacy of psychedelic drugs.
Timothy Leary received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and came to lecture at Harvard in 1959. Leary’s early research focused on the interaction of dimensions of personality and social relationships; he also worked as a psychotherapist.[1]
