Biography
Jedediah Button was born about 1698. He was the son of Peter Button. He passed away in 1760.[1]
Mentioned in his father's will in Westerly, Rhode Island, dated January 4, 1726, and proved February 9, 1726. In his will, he names his wife, Mary; sons: Mathias, Jedediah, Samuel, Cyrus, Joseph, and Peter; and daughters Eliser (Elizabeth?) Parks & Mary Lewis.[2]

Duplicate temple work has been done for Mary: Bap 5 Sep 1978 WA, End l Dec 1978 WA, S to P 26 Jan 1979 WA.
CHILDREN: Ped.#251 listed 9 children. Besides the three with given birth dates, it also lists Eliphall, Jedediah, Samuel, Cyrus, Joseph, Elizabeth, with no data.
DEATH: Mary signed the Petition of the Court for division of father's land in 1727 as "Widow Button" (Ped. #251).
