There are some conflicting details about father:

1930 Census lists Jeanette's surname as Bork, like her sister Helen, daughter of Albert Bork.
1955 Marriage record lists her father as John Muchas (but here maiden name from her mother, Irene Preschel).

I believe that these are the same people because Jeanette Thompson is listed in her sister Helen's obituary.^[1]
