Visible is a visual semiotics journal. As an electronic journal, it succeeds the printed journal Visible, which accompanied the publication of the research from the ANR IDIVIS project (Images and Scientific Visualisation Devices, 2008-2011) set up between the Centre for Research in Semiotics (CeReS) at Limoges University and several European visual semiotics laboratories, with 11 issues published between 2005 and 2014. These issues are now available in their entirety in digital format.
