strength training will make your whole frame bigger. it will make your bones denser and thicken the ligaments and tendons around your joints. and it will change your whole musculature alongside it, so you look more balanced and shapely. this is true no matter your "body type." calorie deficit will simply reveal the natural shapes of your weak muscles. without that strength thickening you are more at risk for virtually every disease, from immune issues to alzheimer's to diabetes to osteoporosis. not to mention fall risks, emergency situations, and recovery time. it's not a joke or a feminist plot to make all the women look like men. women of the world, please take care....

you think so much. You could think about a door for a hundred years and it would stay closed.

did an intense workout and then trained a client about 20min later. i often have nausea after hard weights but this time really bad. i ended up throwing up in my mouth while trying to coach her through tricep extensions 😩 that horrible frogmouth feeling while you're trying to talk and be cool. pretty sure I passed it off with a nose blow and some hand sani before moving on but it felt insane lol. #professional

i've come to realize that i'm easily seduced

when i greet birds i typically say, "hi beauty." it's just etiquette

i cant see using tumblr as embarrassing simply because my mutuals are so cool
