like I mean this very seriously as writing advice. the character should experience events and make decisions that make them different at the end of the story. they should be changed. they do not have to be improved.

they can get worse. they can make decisions of an increasingly terrible nature. they can stop taking risks on kindness. they can discover how much they can get away with. they can find religion, or abandon it, with negative effects on their moral creed. the character has to develop. the character does not have to grow.

I was watching someone play the recent Zenless patch and they chose Wise as the MC. It’s very funny that if you choose Belle, Wise will naturally offer you another egg at breakfast, but if you chose Wise, Belle immediately why the hell you have more fried eggs than her.

Genuinely nobody should hate Wise. This guy thinks about supporting his sister in every situation possible. He also tries to get merchandise for her in the summer event. Belle will literally scorch the earth if someone messes with him. That’s 90% of her emotional support idc what anyone says.

So I tried to add a glow effect to the Moon Gundam psycho plates, but it didn't come out as well as I had hoped. I was aiming for a uniform glow, but it seems the paint concentrated in the detail edges and gave it this sort of pseudo panel lining effect, which I guess is sort of cool in its own right, but the effect is pretty weak, mostly only visible if I shine the UV light on it in complete darkness.

Unfortunately, in normal lighting it looks, uh... Bad

The UV glow paint wasn't nearly as transparent as I had hoped. I was hoping some gloss coat would smooth out the surface and make the paint less visible, but that didn't really work out. I'm thinking I just have to strip the paint off and give up on the glow thing, unless somebody has some bright idea that isn't too difficult/expensive.

Anyways, what's the best way to take the paint off? the paint is acrylic based and I'm pretty sure the top coat is too (Tamiya clear gloss). Do I just soak it in isopropyl alcohol?
